“I hope to understand how to merge the unique challenges of immigration law with the needs of our clients. Each case requires labor market analysis, a specific application of immigration law, and creative problem-solving to meet the business needs of our clients. I’m interested in learning about the full business immigration cycle, from H-1B and other non-immigrant visas to the Green Card process. I also want to learn more about how our pro bono cases progress and the different avenues available to provide services for survivors."

About Sam Short
Sam Short is a law clerk at the Mdivani Corporate Immigration Law Firm. His law school if University of Kansas School of Law. He graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Spanish and a minor in Latin American Studies. Sam is passionate about providing legal services to Spanish-speaking clients, and working at the Mdivani Corporate Immigration Law Firm has further grown his interest in immigration law.
